In den letzten Wochen haben Papa Roach ein neues Album angekündigt. Es wird ein Live Album mit zusätzlichen 5 neuen Songs sein (Bisher bekannt: "No Matter What", "Nemesis", "One of These Days"). Im Moment sind sie im Studio in Sacramento und arbeiten mit dem Produzenten DAVID BENDETH daran. Das Live Material wurde Mitte Dezember 2009 auf der Tour mit Shinedown aufgenommen. Jacoby bestätigte in einer Radio Show den Titel des neuen live Album "Time For Annihilation " und die geplante Veröffentlichung im Sommer 2010 . Tony, Jacoby und Jerry haben sich in ihren Blogs zu dem Material geäußtert: Zitat: JACOBY SHADDIX: THE 5 NEW TRACKS THAT WE ARE RECORDING WILL BE PACKAGED WITH A LIVE ALBUM THAT WE RECORDED ON TOUR AT THE END OF LAST YEAR... WE WANTED TO OFFER THE P ROACH FANS MORE THAN JUST A LIVE ALBUM, EVERYONE DOES THAT... MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK BITCHES!!!... DON'T GET ME WRONG THE LIVE ALBUM CAN STAND ALONE, WE JUST WANTED TO DO SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT. Zitat: JERRY HORTON: I'm really stoked about this new stuff. I know band guys say their new stuff is different or ground-breaking, so I'm not going to say that.
